Global Benefits Program Manager

The role / impact As a Global Benefits Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery and execution of our benefits programs across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions. This involves translating strategy into action, ensuring all offerings are delivered accurately and at scale while holding vendors and brokers to high standards. As the primary owner of day-to-day operations, you will partner closely with global brokers, external vendors, and internal teams to drive seamless execution. Your work will directly shape an exceptional employee experience by ensuring our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and accessible. The team / how they connect The Benefits team is responsible for designing, managing, and supporting the offerings that employees rely on for their health, financial wellbeing, leave, and protection. We work as a highly visible, coordinated group to ensure all provisions are cost-effective and easy to use.
