GL Claims Specialist

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of General Liability claims from initial report through resolution.You will apply strong claims expertise to assess coverage, liability, damages, and overall exposure.The position combines independent decision-making with regular collaboration across customers, agents, attorneys, underwriters, and other partners.You will investigate complex claim details, establish appropriate reserves, negotiate settlements, and drive timely outcomes.The role requires sound judgment, strong communication, and a commitment to fair and effective claim resolution.You will also identify recovery and potential fraud opportunities while maintaining accurate and compliant claim records.This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your General Liability expertise while making a meaningful impact on customer and business outcomes.
