This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and scale a consumer business with significant growth potential.You’ll own the strategy, performance, and day-to-day execution across growth, marketing, operations, analytics, and technology.Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll help shape the direction of the business and influence key executive-level decisions.The role combines entrepreneurial ownership with hands-on operational leadership in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.You’ll use customer insights, funnel metrics, and unit economics to identify opportunities and accelerate sustainable growth.Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design, you’ll translate customer and business needs into scalable technology and experiences.You’ll also lead and develop a growing team while helping build a consumer service designed to create meaningful social impact.
