Reporting to the CFO, the General Counsel will be the company's first dedicated legal officer, responsible for building and leading the legal function from the ground up. This is a strategic, business-minded attorney who will serve as both a trusted advisor to the executive team and a hands-on legal operator. The GC will manage all legal matters across sales contracts, corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory compliance.
