General Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a General Counsel based in the United States. This is a senior, hands-on legal leadership role supporting a growing business in the real estate, title insurance, and mortgage technology space. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping teams navigate complex legal and regulatory questions while balancing risk with practical business objectives. The role spans commercial contracting, regulatory matters, corporate transactions, intellectual property, and title-related legal issues. You will work closely with Compliance and other cross-functional teams while managing external legal partners. This opportunity is well suited to an entrepreneurial legal professional who enjoys broad responsibility, ambiguity, and direct business impact. The role is fully remote and requires the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the United States.
