ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions, contributing to both backend and frontend systems while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, and continuously improve developer and user experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build and maintain backend services using modern technologies.
- Contribute to frontend development and user experience improvements.
- Design, document, and maintain APIs following best practices.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ensure application security and performance optimization.
- Collaborate in agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Identify improvement opportunities in systems, tools, and processes.
- Contribute to developer experience platforms and internal tooling.
- Apply best practices in testing, monitoring, and code quality.
Requirements
- A passion for new technologies, you’ve kept up to date on top trends and love to bring new ideas to your team
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and GCP
- Strong backend development experience (we use Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Knowledge of and experience with LLMs and the capabilities these tools provide
- Experience designing and documenting APIs (we use Node.js, OpenAPI Spec)
- Some front-end development (we use JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS)
- Experience working with developer portals or team member experience platforms and able to share learning and suggest improvements
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment
- Experience managing a multi-cluster container (Docker/Swarm)
- Proficient client-side testing (mocha, jest)
- Experience with securing web applications to common security threats
- Experience with clustering technologies (we use Kubernetes)
