Full-stack Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to build and improve customer-facing software across the frontend, backend, and data integration layers.You’ll work across Ruby on Rails services, modern web interfaces, APIs, and interconnected data systems.The position combines hands-on engineering with end-to-end ownership of features from concept through production release.You’ll help create reliable, intuitive experiences where product quality, trust, and operational safety are especially important.Experience with customer-facing AI products will be particularly valuable as you contribute to emerging AI-driven user experiences.Working closely with product, design, and QA teams, you’ll help turn technical and product requirements into impactful solutions.You’ll join an employee-owned environment that values innovation, collaboration, autonomy, and long-term growth.
