Full-Stack Engineer, AI Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer, AI Platform based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to build the internal AI platform that enables business teams to use intelligent agents safely and effectively.You will design product experiences that allow teams to configure agents, review their actions, and understand how and why decisions were made.Working across the full stack, you will build scalable interfaces, services, integrations, and data models that support business-critical workflows.You will tackle the unique challenges of non-deterministic systems, including uncertainty, partial failure, evaluation, and human oversight.The role combines strong engineering with product judgment, requiring you to turn ambiguous operational problems into practical software solutions.You will work directly with internal business teams and own your work from design and implementation through launch, monitoring, and iteration.This is a remote opportunity for an engineer who enjoys building reliable AI-enabled systems in an evolving environment.
