This role sits within an expert-focused operations team supporting the delivery of AI research projects.You will help ensure the right experts are matched to the right projects based on skills, availability, and requirements.The position covers the full expert lifecycle, from matching and onboarding through activation, engagement, and offboarding.You will own operational workflows, improve expert satisfaction and retention, and ensure projects are staffed efficiently.A major part of the role involves identifying bottlenecks and replacing repetitive manual processes with scalable systems and automation.You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, finance, project teams, and external vendors.This is a high-ownership opportunity for an operations professional who enjoys building structure in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
