Freight Broker

ABOUT THE ROLE A seed-stage AI and supply chain technology company is looking for a Freight Broker to build and manage shipper accounts while driving revenue growth. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from prospecting through delivery coordination, and serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients. This role is central to scaling a shipper-focused brokerage business. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Prospect and win new shipper accounts through targeted outreach and relationship building. - Understand each customer's freight lanes, volumes, service requirements, and pricing expectations. - Quote freight competitively, negotiate rates, and secure shipments. - Coordinate with carrier operations to arrange capacity and ensure reliable service delivery. - Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve issues promptly. - Identify and pursue additional freight opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.
