Freight Audit & Billing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freight Audit & Billing Manager based in Ireland. This remote role offers the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of carrier and customer billing within a growing international package forwarding environment. You will play a key role in ensuring carrier charges are accurate, justified, properly disputed, and fully recovered or re-billed to customers. The position combines detailed financial analysis with process ownership, operational coordination, and systems improvement. As the role develops, you will take increasing responsibility for customer billing, collections, and billing accuracy. You will also help shape automated billing solutions by translating operational needs into clear requirements for software developers. Working closely with carrier teams, internal stakeholders, and a Billing Specialist, you will help build scalable, reliable, and efficient billing processes.
