Freelance HR Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freelance HR Consultant based in United States. This is a fully remote, hourly freelance opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can combine talent acquisition with hands-on people operations. The role supports both internal hiring needs and external staffing projects across a dynamic technology-focused environment. You will manage recruitment from sourcing through offer negotiation while also strengthening onboarding, offboarding, HR policies, and employee engagement practices. The position offers broad exposure to core HR operations, remote workforce management, and employee relations. Success requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to operate independently. It is particularly well suited to an HR generalist who enjoys building efficient processes and supporting distributed teams.
