About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Freelance eCommerce CRO & UX/UI Designer to drive measurable improvements across the RestaurantSupply.com eCommerce experience. This is not a traditional visual design role. The primary objective of this position is to increase conversion rate and revenue through data-driven UX/UI improvements, experimentation, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of improving the commercial performance of high-traffic eCommerce websites. You should be able to identify friction in the customer journey, analyze behavioral and performance data, develop optimization hypotheses, design solutions in Figma, and collaborate with developers and A/B testing teams to validate results.
