Fractional Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage AI recruiting company as its first designer in a fractional role, contributing 10 to 20 hours per week. You will shape the product experience and establish design standards that guide the team as it builds. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own design across key product surfaces, from early concepts through shipped experiences. - Establish design systems, standards, and documentation that help the team build consistently. - Make product and design decisions with limited information, then iterate based on user feedback. - Partner with product and engineering to implement designs and work through technical constraints. - Use user research, usability testing, and qualitative feedback to inform design choices. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of experience designing and shipping consumer or B2B products end to end. - A functional portfolio showing shipped work, your problem-solving approach, and clear examples of product impact. - Experience building design systems and documentation for product teams. - Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. - Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams, ...
