FP&A Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a FP&A Manager based in United States. The FP&A Manager serves as a strategic finance partner to a diverse portfolio of high-growth startups, SMBs, nonprofits, and other dynamic organizations. This role combines financial planning and analysis with client relationship management, operational oversight, and hands-on problem solving. You will build forecasts, budgets, operating plans, profitability analyses, and cash flow models that help leaders make informed business decisions. The position also offers exposure to projects including KPI and cohort analysis, inventory planning, due diligence, M&A support, and finance technology initiatives. Working under the guidance of experienced Virtual CFOs, you will receive hands-on mentoring while taking increasing ownership of client engagements and strategic projects.
