FP&A Director

The FP&A Director will serve as a strategic financial leader responsible for both long-term financial planning and the operational integrity of the organization’s finances.The role combines FP&A leadership with accounting oversight, financial controls, compliance, and strategic fiscal initiatives.You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while developing sophisticated models to guide growth, investments, and pricing decisions.The position requires a strong understanding of recurring revenue, utilization, cost of revenue, and profitability across technology-enabled professional services.You will partner closely with Technology/R&D, Sales, Operations, and other leaders to optimize resources and improve financial performance.This is an opportunity to influence financial strategy in a growing, entrepreneurial environment serving the eDiscovery and LegalTech ecosystem
