You’ll lead the full rebuild of a critical workforce app used by restaurant employees for everyday operational tasks. The role combines deep React Native engineering with architecture, product thinking, UX ownership, and platform strategy. Reliability is central, with the app expected to perform on low-spec devices, limited connectivity, and challenging real-world environments. You’ll shape the technical foundation, design system, and development practices that enable future engineers and AI-powered coding workflows to move quickly without compromising quality.
