Founding Recruiter

As a Founding Recruiter, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-moving, early-stage technology environment.You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.The position combines hands-on sourcing, strategic partnership with hiring managers, candidate assessment, and offer closing.You will work closely with leadership to define hiring needs, establish strong talent pipelines, and maintain a high hiring bar.The role also offers the opportunity to shape recruiting processes, tools, and practices from the ground up as the organization scales.Success requires excellent judgment, speed, independence, and a strong commitment to candidate experience.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in ambiguity and wants meaningful ownership over global talent acquisition.
