Founding Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE We're a seed-stage, AI-native healthtech startup building an operating system that empowers nurse practitioners to launch and run independent clinical practices. We're hiring a Founding Product Engineer to own and shape the clinician-facing product experience end-to-end. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and clinicians to transform complex clinical workflows into polished, reliable software that directly improves care delivery. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at a small, fast-moving team — you'll have an outsized influence on both the product and the engineering culture from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own major clinician-facing workflows from whiteboard through production — including implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration. - Collaborate with designers, founders, and clinicians to define product behavior; you won't be waiting for finished specs. - Drive frontend architecture and technical direction across provider and patient applications. - Influence APIs, data models, and overall system design while primarily owning the frontend. - Iterate quickly from rough concepts to polished production experiences alongside a product designer. - De...
