ABOUT THE ROLE This is a rare opportunity to be the first dedicated Operations & Customer Growth hire at a fast-moving, early-stage B2B SaaS company in the AI/enterprise content space. You'll work directly alongside the founding team to onboard and grow a portfolio of 40+ B2B clients, while helping to build the scalable operating infrastructure that will serve thousands of customers over time.
