ABOUT THE ROLE This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity to join a well-funded, early-stage AI SaaS company and own recruiting as its first dedicated GTM recruiter. You'll work directly with the founding team to build one of the most talent-dense teams in New York City — shaping hiring strategy, candidate experience, and the recruiting engine from day one. The right person is genuinely passionate about recruiting as a craft: mastering sourcing, closing, and candidate experience while learning how recruiting intersects with strategy, operations, and culture.
