Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you will connect an AI-powered operations platform with customers' day-to-day workflows in the consumer packaged goods sector. You will own implementations from initial discovery through go-live, helping customers improve how they manage wholesale operations while bringing field insights back to the product team. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead customer onboarding end to end, including discovery, integration, configuration, testing, and go-live. - Work directly with operations teams to map purchase-order-to-cash workflows and configure the platform to meet their needs. - Build and troubleshoot integrations involving EDI, ERP, inventory, accounting, and freight systems. - Turn complex operational requirements into clear data models, configurations, and product capabilities. - Share customer insights with engineering and help shape product improvements.
