Founding Finance Manager

Job title: Founding Finance Manager Location: 100% remote Salary: $30–50k USD per year depending on ability and experience — well above local Big 4 market, paid in USD Experience required: 1–4 years preferred (ideally Big 4 audit or strong US-accounting exposure); exceptional fresh graduates considered 100% remote. We hire based on exceptional ability, not years of experience. This is our first dedicated finance hire. You will not be joining a finance department — you will be building it. For someone early in their career who is unusually smart, determined, and proactive, this is the kind of work most finance people wait ten years to touch: setting up companies, designing accounting structures, supporting acquisitions, and investigating messy accounting problems where you have to talk to people and figure out what is actually going on. This is a judgment-heavy role, not a data-entry role. There is real accounting work in it — close, reconciliation, reporting, books cleanup, and compliance — but the reason this job exists is the hard problems around it.
