Founding Applied AI Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE As the first senior AI hire at an AI-powered marketing technology startup, you will own the quality and intelligence of multi-channel marketing agents. Working closely with the founder, you will shape the agent architecture, evaluation systems, and learning loops that help the product scale across SEO, content, social, and search. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build evaluation systems to define and measure agent output quality across marketing channels. - Design feedback loops that help agents learn from real-world results and performance signals at scale. - Own agent architecture, model strategy, and the data pipelines that power the agents. - Hire and lead the AI team as the organization grows.
