Founding Account Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE A fast-growing, API-first fintech company — purpose-built around programmable money, stablecoins, and direct dollar access for global banks and fintechs — is hiring its Founding Account Manager. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and lead the Account Management function from scratch, owning everything from customer onboarding through to upsell strategy and live revenue impact. You will be the company's first hire in this function, reporting directly to the Head of Growth and working hand-in-hand with product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams. The company operates at the intersection of fintech, digital assets, and regulated banking infrastructure — serving global financial institutions that need programmable dollar and euro accounts, international payments, and stablecoin rails.
