Forward Deployment Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE We're a fast-growing, seed-stage European startup building an AI-powered phone assistant platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Our product automates inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, customer service interactions, and more — and we're looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to own the technical success of customer deployments end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of product and customer outcomes. You'll translate real-world business requirements into reliable production setups, build integrations and glue code, and feed learnings back into the product to make every future deployment faster and smarter. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market in a small, high-velocity team.
