Forward Deployment Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a small, fast-moving team building AI-powered customer communication software. You will work across product, engineering, and customer deployments to bring AI applications into production, keep them reliable, and turn deployment learnings into improvements to the product. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Translate customer requirements into robust implementation plans and production-ready configurations. - Lead deployments, including workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails for AI applications. - Build integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys. - Write and test glue code and small-to-medium features, with appropriate monitoring and logging. - Debug live issues across calls, workflows, and data, and deploy fixes in production. - Create reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and practices that make implementations repeatable. - Share recurring customer needs and product gaps with concrete recommendations for the product team.
