Forward Deployment Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a technical role at the intersection of product and customer deployments for a fast-growing AI phone assistant platform serving small and medium-sized businesses. You will own end-to-end rollouts, from requirements capture through integrations, glue code, and monitoring, ensuring live customer setups run reliably in production. Your work directly shapes the feedback loop between real-world deployments and the product roadmap. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Serve as the technical bridge between product and customer setups, translating requirements into robust production implementations. - Lead rollouts of AI assistant configurations, including workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, and guardrails. - Implement integrations with third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, and common services such as CRMs, calendars, ticketing, and payments. - Develop small-to-medium features and glue code to map customer use cases to production systems, including tests, monitoring, and logging. - Debug live issues across calls, flows, and data pipelines, and deploy rapid fixes under production conditions. - Build reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and best practices to make setups scalable...
