Forward Deployed Product Manager - Finance

ABOUT THE ROLE We're an early-stage fintech startup building a modern treasury platform for US finance teams. In this high-ownership, high-autonomy role, you'll own the full client lifecycle — from deployment through expansion — for some of our largest clients. You'll be the trusted point of contact for founders and CFOs, solving real problems in cash management, yield, and FX, while feeding what you learn directly back into the product. This is a critical, foundational role and one of our first US hires, based on-site in New York City. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run end-to-end deployment and onboarding for large new clients: account setup, funds migration, integrations, training, and go-live. - Serve as the primary ongoing point of contact for clients, owning relationships through regular check-ins, QBRs, and proactive outreach. - Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and banking partners to remove blockers and keep deployments on schedule. - Speak the language of finance teams, helping clients navigate mechanical and technical challenges during implementation. - Identify expansion opportunities — additional entities, new products, larger balances — and drive ...
