Forward Deployed Engineer – Product Focus

THE ROLE Titan is building the AI platform for banking. The 4,000+ U.S. banks and the two million people who work at them deserve AI that's purpose-built for their workflows, their controls, and their regulators. Forward Deployed Engineers are how we deliver on that — and the Product-Focus FDE is the one who lives closest to the client. You'll be embedded in a bank's mission, not just their team. That means co-owning the strategic outcome: framing the problem, mapping the workflow, building the right thing, and knowing when to push back. Your day moves between executive conversations, product decisions, and hands-on building — wireframing an interface in the morning, walking a Chief Credit Officer through a prototype after lunch, shipping the next iteration before sign-off. This is a builder role with a product spike. You'll write code, but your edge is your instinct for what to build and your fluency in the language of banking.
