The Sales Engineering Automation & Forward Deployed Engineer is a hybrid role that increases Sales Engineering leverage across three areas: AI automation, customer-facing forward deployed engineering, and SE reporting/data visibility. This role builds targeted automations that remove repetitive work from SEs and AEs, partners directly with strategic customers that need help designing automation or integration patterns around Restaurant365, and works with RevOps to make SE contribution visible in standard reporting. The expected outcome is higher SE capacity, stronger win rates on complex opportunities, faster time to value on automation-heavy accounts, and better visibility into technical win impact.
