ABOUT THE ROLE A fast-growing, pre-seed healthtech SaaS company based in Miami is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their small, high-velocity team. This company builds an integrated platform that automates and streamlines staffing operations for healthcare groups — spanning payroll, scheduling, credentialing, performance tracking, and AI-powered clinical documentation for urgent cares and emergency departments. In this role, you'll work directly at the intersection of engineering and customer success — translating clinical and operational needs into shipped software, and traveling on-site to work alongside customers. This is an ideal role for an early-career engineer who is a strong builder, communicates well, and thrives in a customer-facing environment. This is a fully on-site role in Miami, FL.
