Forward Deployed Engineer

Join a fully remote, fast-growing environment where you’ll help customers turn AI ambitions into real production outcomes.You’ll work directly within customer environments, combining software engineering, agentic AI, and business understanding.Rather than simply advising, you’ll design, build, and ship practical agentic workflows tailored to real data, systems, and business needs.You’ll work with MCPs, agent frameworks, skills, and tool-using LLMs to solve meaningful customer problems.The role combines hands-on engineering with customer collaboration, technical enablement, workshops, and occasional pre-sales support.Your experience with customers will also influence the evolution of the underlying platform by feeding valuable patterns and product gaps back to the engineering team.This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer who enjoys ambiguity, ownership, rapid learning, and working at the intersection of technology and customers.
