Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a customer-facing engineering role on a small, fast-moving healthtech team building software that streamlines staffing operations — scheduling, payroll, credentialing, and clinical documentation — for urgent care and emergency medicine groups. You'll bridge the gap between customer needs and shipped code, working directly with clinical and operational teams to design and deliver solutions that have immediate, measurable impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build front-end and back-end features using TypeScript, React, Node, Deno, and SQL. - Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate rapidly on solutions. - Deploy and operate services on AWS and troubleshoot production issues as they arise. - Travel frequently to customer sites for on-site engagements and deployments. - Contribute to product design and rapid prototyping, moving ideas from concept to shipped code quickly.
