Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is a Y Combinator-backed company looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer based to work directly with enterprise customers and help them get maximum value from an AI workforce platform. This is a highly hands-on role that combines full-stack engineering, AI/ML application development, customer-facing implementation, and technical problem-solving. You’ll work with customers from onboarding through ongoing optimization, building integrations and solutions that address real operational needs. You’ll also contribute directly to product development by building features, MVPs, and scalable solutions based on customer requirements and feedback. This role is best suited for an independent engineer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end, working directly with customers, and moving quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
