Forensic Highway/Bridge Engineer

This role combines advanced highway and bridge engineering expertise with forensic investigation and litigation consulting.You will evaluate complex infrastructure disputes involving design, construction, inspection, deterioration, safety, and rehabilitation.Your technical judgment will help establish causation, assess standards of care, and develop independent expert opinions for high-stakes disputes.The position includes site investigations, technical analysis, expert report preparation, and testimony in depositions, arbitration, and court proceedings.You will work closely with attorneys, insurers, infrastructure owners, contractors, and other technical experts.The role offers an opportunity to leverage substantial engineering experience in a client-facing environment focused on complex infrastructure and dispute resolution.This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting matters involving transportation infrastructure across the United States.
