Food & Ingredient Analyst (Contract, Part-Time)

We're hiring a very select team of high caliber food and ingredient analysts to help build the foundation that everything else is built on: clear, accurate ingredient data. (Training on or before Aug 17; executing on or before Aug 20) What you'll do Work directly with food and ingredient data, identifying what makes each ingredient unique and how ingredients relate to one another. Use AI tools to bring clarity to each ingredient — its identity, functional capacities, synonyms, and scientifically backed descriptive detail.
