About the job As a member of the Finance and Strategy team, you won’t just report on the business—you will help shape the strategic decisions that drive it. Your day-to-day mission is to help our leaders make high-stakes decisions across Hopper’s verticals by merging deep financial intuition with AI-accelerated technical execution and forward-looking modeling. We are moving away from manual, static modeling. We want a builder who can architect long-range models, stress-test assumptions, and bring structured thinking to ambiguous, high-stakes questions. We also want a builder who views Claude and other LLMs as core teammates to automate workflows, architect complex SQL, and develop long-term FP&A tooling.
