Finance Operations Contractor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Operations Contractor based in the United States. This part-time contract role supports the day-to-day financial operations of a growing, fully remote organization.You will take ownership of accounts payable, invoice processing, corporate card reconciliation, and month-end close support.Your work will help ensure financial records remain accurate, timely, organized, and audit-ready.You will collaborate closely with the Finance team as well as colleagues and vendors across the organization.The role is well suited to someone who works independently, communicates clearly, and takes personal pride in accuracy and follow-through.You will also have opportunities to improve processes through spend analysis, documentation, automation, and thoughtful use of AI tools.The initial engagement is a six-month contract at approximately 25 hours per week, with potential for extension.
