Our partner is looking for a Finance M&A Integration & Analysis Manager based in the United States. This role plays a key part in supporting a growing acquisition strategy by leading finance integration activities across newly acquired businesses. You’ll operate at the intersection of M&A due diligence, financial planning, integration execution, and post-acquisition performance management. The position offers broad exposure across Finance, Accounting, IT, Data & Analytics, Operations, and external advisors. You’ll help ensure acquired businesses transition effectively into established financial, reporting, and operational environments. The role combines financial modeling, analytical problem-solving, project leadership, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also help develop repeatable integration processes and best practices as acquisition activity expands.
