Finance & CTMS Systems Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance & CTMS Systems Specialist based in India. This role combines financial expertise, data analysis, and systems management within a clinical trial environment. You’ll work with complex historical financial and operational data, ensuring it is accurately reconciled and represented within a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). The position offers the opportunity to contribute to data migrations, system configuration, financial reconciliation, and process improvement. You’ll investigate discrepancies, map structured datasets, and establish reliable workflows for ongoing operations. While clinical research knowledge is helpful, the role is designed for professionals who bring strong finance, analytical, and systems capabilities. This is a remote opportunity requiring alignment with U.S. working hours across PST, EST, or CST time zones.
