Finance & Automation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance & Automation Manager based in Brazil. This is a high-impact, player-coach role combining hands-on finance leadership with practical automation and technology development.You will own critical accounting operations, including financial reporting, close, tax compliance, AP, payroll, cash flow, and budgeting.You will also lead a small accounting team, balancing delegation and coaching with direct ownership of key financial activities.A major part of the role is building and shipping internal finance tools, dashboards, automations, and web applications.You’ll use AI-powered coding tools to turn finance challenges into efficient, scalable solutions rather than simply proposing ideas.Working closely with finance leadership, you’ll help strengthen financial controls and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.The role is fully remote and suited to an autonomous professional comfortable working across distributed, international teams.
