Field Support Technician

This is a hands-on field service opportunity supporting advanced lighting and control systems across commercial and industrial environments.You will travel to customer sites to perform system startups, diagnostics, programming, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical training.The role combines electrical and mechanical expertise with direct customer interaction and problem-solving in dynamic field conditions.You will serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams, helping resolve complex issues and maintain reliable system performance.Your field experience will also contribute to continuous product and process improvements by identifying recurring challenges and sharing insights with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.Comprehensive technical training, specialized tools, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in the field.With travel reaching up to 85%, this role is well suited to an adaptable technician who enjoys variety, independence, and customer-focused technical work.
