Field Service Engineer 2

This role is an opportunity to support critical medical equipment directly at hospitals and healthcare facilities.You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and equipment validations across assigned modalities.As a trusted technical partner, you will take ownership of customer issues from initial dispatch through final resolution.The position combines independent field work with close collaboration across customers, sales teams, regional specialists, and technical support.You will play a direct role in maintaining equipment reliability and helping healthcare providers deliver uninterrupted patient care.The role is primarily field-based and requires regular onsite work throughout the Columbia, South Carolina area.A company vehicle is provided, with occasional overnight travel and after-hours or rotating on-call coverage as needed.
