This is a field-based, non-commercial leadership role focused on improving patient access to advanced therapies across Ontario.You will serve as a key liaison between specialty pharmacies, healthcare professionals, infusion clinics, and internal teams.The role centers on identifying and resolving access barriers, reducing treatment delays, and improving the overall patient journey.You will use your expertise in reimbursement, specialty pharmacy services, and healthcare operations to develop practical solutions.The position combines relationship management, territory leadership, analytics, compliance, and continuous improvement.You will work independently while collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.Regular travel throughout Ontario is required, making this an ideal opportunity for a patient-focused healthcare professional who thrives in a dynamic field environment.
