We are looking for a tenacious and results-driven Field Partner Leader to build and run Redis's channel and distribution business across India, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a hands-on, individually-owned territory covering the full partner ecosystem including distributors, resellers/VARs, system integrators, MSPs, and hyperscalers, across three fast-growing, highly distinct regions. You'll set the distributor and partner strategy for the territory, recruit and manage coverage, and turn partner relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue.
