Snowflakeβs Revenue Operations organization is seeking a Field Operations Manager to support our Americas Expansion business. In this role, you will partner with the existing Field Ops team and Field leaders in operating the team as effectively and efficiently as possible. You will apply your creative thinking, operational expertise, and deep analytics skills to deliver key projects across the team: annual business planning, quota setting, territory optimization, pipeline and forecast analysis, etc.
Reporting to the AMS Expansion Field Ops team lead, you will play a critical role in providing insightful analyses and actionable recommendations to sales leadership that will influence strategy and implementation of objectives aimed to achieve Snowflakeβs business goals.
