The Field Merchandiser supports retail locations by creating organized, attractive, and customer-focused shopping environments.This role works closely with merchandising teams to execute store layouts, product placement, and shelving according to established standards.The position combines independent field work with collaborative project execution and regular communication with project leadership.A strong eye for detail and knowledge of planograms and retail merchandising are essential to maintaining consistent store presentation.The role is highly mobile, with approximately 80% domestic travel by air and ground and frequent overnight stays.When not traveling, the Field Merchandiser works from a local retail location and remains focused on timely, high-quality execution.Success requires reliability, professionalism, physical stamina, adaptability, and a positive approach to working with store personnel and customers.
