Field Case Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Case Manager based in Canada. This 12-month contract role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ healthcare journeys.You will serve as a trusted point of contact for healthcare providers, patients, and program partners within your designated region.Working primarily from a dedicated home office, you will also visit healthcare professionals and clinics to build strong in-person relationships.You will help patients and providers navigate therapy access, reimbursement, enrollment, and authorization processes.The role combines clinical knowledge, patient advocacy, organization, and relationship management in a dynamic healthcare environment.You will take ownership of complex processes while identifying opportunities to improve service quality and patient support.This is an autonomous and flexible position suited to a healthcare professional who is motivated by patient impact and collaborative problem-solving.
