The Field Case Manager will play a key role in supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and program stakeholders throughout the treatment access journey.You will coordinate reimbursement activities, patient enrollment, therapy logistics, and ongoing support while ensuring a high standard of service.The role combines clinical knowledge, case management, reimbursement navigation, and relationship management in a healthcare-focused environment.You will work closely with prescribing physicians, clinic teams, insurers, patients, program managers, and pharmaceutical partners.As a field-based position, you will build strong relationships across an assigned territory and may occasionally travel overnight.The role offers an opportunity to make a tangible difference by helping patients navigate complex access pathways and obtain the therapies they need.Success will require empathy, strong communication, sound clinical judgment, organization, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
